What we collect
Call Up Diary collects the minimum data needed to provide the service: your phone number (for authentication) and your diary entries (text, images, voice recordings, videos).
How we store your data
Your entries are stored locally on your device first. If you enable cloud sync, they are encrypted and stored on AWS servers in the US. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.
What we never do
- We never read your diary entries
- We never sell your data to third parties
- We never show you ads based on your content
- We never share your data with other users
Your controls
- You can disable cloud sync at any time (data stays on device only)
- You can delete your account and all associated data
- You can export all your data in a standard format
